Dr. David Cho

I completed my B.Sc.(Hons.) from Dalhousie University in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology and decided to move to Australia to complete my dental training. Living abroad was an amazing experience that allowed me to expand my perspectives and knowledge base in regards to the provision of dental care across different countries and demographics.

My core dental philosophy revolves around being patient-centric and evidence-based in my approach to care. Dentistry is very much team oriented and you, as the patient and MVP, will always have your voice, thoughts, and concerns heard and appreciated. I will always be 100% transparent and honest with you and give you all your options before commencing any treatment.

I am a big proponent for patient education and take great pride in providing only the highest quality of care. My goal is to make you feel comfortable and at ease when you come see me; and return because the treatment, atmosphere, and banter were all top notch! Everyone deserves to feel confident about their smile and I can definitely help you get there!

I'm also a huge advocate for life-long learning and regularly pursue continuing education in all fields of dentistry in order to stay up-to-date and expand both the breadth and depth of my knowledge. I enjoy all aspects of dentistry but have a particular propensity towards aesthetic/cosmetic dentistry, general restorative dentistry, endodontics, periodontics, and oral surgery.

Outside of dentistry I like to immerse myself in all things fitness, health, and longevity related. Science is definitely a passion of mine and maintaining currency on the latest longevity research definitely keeps me recharged and ready to take on the day! I'm an avid fitness enthusiast and like to take advantage of seasonal sports like hockey and snowboarding in the winter, and golf, tennis, and hiking in the summer. I also go to the gym 4-6 times per week and have been a personal trainer, nutrition consultant, and general sciences tutor before and during my dental training.

If you're looking for a laid-back environment and an easy-going down-to-earth dentist whom you can talk to about anything then I'm your man! I look forward to meeting you!
